In assisting you plan your special day, I will craft a unique ceremony which meets your needs.I am willing to meet with you as often as is necessary and will guide you through the legal requirements, carrying out all the necessary lodgment of forms and issuing of the certificate. In addition to weddings, I am also available for naming and recommitment ceremonies.
I am very fortunate to live on the lovely west coast of Victoria, surrounded by beautiful beaches, rural settings, golf and surf clubs, wineries and restaurants which all provide significant and unique settings for ceremonies. I am more than willing to travel widely, including Melbourne.
It may interest you to know a little of my background. I have worked in the field of education, both as a teacher and Principal, the latter seven years dedicated to indigenous education, living on remote aboriginal communities in the NT and the Torres Strait, QID. Animal welfare has been a lifelong passion - I founded veterinary programs for indigenous communities across the NT, the Torres Strait Islands and Cape York. I have presented at National conferences, featured on TV and radio, been advisor to the Minister on Animal Welfare in the NT and my work has been widely published, including Australian Geographic.
I was honoured to receive a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) on Australia Day 2010.
